Pet Policy

Uncaged Pets (Dogs & Cats)
A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply for uncaged pets residing in the unit:

  • Pet Fees (non-refundable):
    • First pet: $400.00
    • Second pet: $250.00
  • Monthly Pet Rent:
    • First pet: $60.00 per month
    • Second pet: $50.00 per month

During the application process, residents are required to provide current vaccination records, a city licensing ID number, and a photo of each pet for our records.

Caged Pets
A non-refundable pet fee applies for caged pets, with no monthly pet rent:

  • First pet: $300.00
  • Second pet: $150.00

Fish are exempt from caged pet fees; however, all aquariums must be 50 gallons or smaller.
